Mind Echo: AI Analysis & Match

1. PURPOSE
The Mind Echo matching and chat feature is designed to connect users with similar psychological profiles for mutual self-discovery and personal growth. This feature is not a dating, romance, or social networking service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the matching feature.
2.2. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may hide or delete your profile to leave matching at any time from Settings → Match → Leave Matching.
2.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account:
3.1. Harassment and Bullying
- Sending threatening, degrading, insulting, or intimidating messages
- Sending repeated unwanted messages (persistent unwelcome contact)
- Stalking or harassing another user
3.2. Sexual Content
- Sending sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic messages
- Making unsolicited sexual advances
- Sharing sexual images or links
3.3. Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Discriminating based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Using hate speech, racism, or extremist language
3.4. Personal Information Violations
- Requesting phone numbers, home/work addresses, financial information, or identity documents from other users
- Sharing your own sensitive personal information (bank accounts, credit cards, etc.)
- Disclosing another user's personal information to third parties
3.5. Fraud and Deception
- Impersonating another person
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in financial fraud or soliciting money
- Sending commercial messages, advertisements, or spam
3.6. Illegal Activities
- Encouraging or organizing illegal activities
- Promoting drugs, weapons, or illegal goods/services
- Sharing content that supports terrorism or incites violence
3.7. Platform Abuse
- Creating new accounts to circumvent blocking systems
- Using automated tools or bots to send messages
- Engaging in actions that compromise the security of the application
4. BLOCKING AND REPORTING
4.1. You may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot contact you or see you in match results.
4.2. You may report users who violate these community guidelines through the in-app reporting mechanism (chat menu → Report).
4.3. When you report a user, the most recent ten (10) messages of the relevant conversation are stored as evidence so a moderator can see the context. Report evidence is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is then automatically deleted.
4.4. Reports are reviewed; accounts found in violation may be warned, suspended, or permanently closed.
4.5. Accounts receiving reports from three (3) or more different users are automatically temporarily suspended and placed under review.
5. ENFORCEMENT
Depending on the severity of the violation, the following actions may be taken:
5.1. Warning: A written warning is issued for first-time minor violations.
5.2. Temporary Suspension: Access to the matching feature is temporarily restricted for repeated or moderate violations.
5.3. Permanent Ban: Access to the matching feature is permanently revoked for serious violations (harassment, threats, illegal activity).
5.4. Account Deletion: User accounts may be entirely deleted for severe violations.
5.5. Legal Action: In cases involving violations of law, appropriate legal notifications will be made and cooperation with law enforcement will be provided.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
6.1. Only category-based summary scores (5 numerical values) are used for matching; your actual quiz answers and AI analysis text are not shared with other users.
6.2. Chat messages are automatically and permanently deleted 24 hours after they are sent, using an automated server-side deletion policy.
6.3. Report records and evidence are retained for moderation purposes for a maximum of 90 days.

7. EMERGENCIES
7.1. If you encounter a serious threat to yourself or others, contact your local law enforcement immediately (e.g., 155 in Turkey, 112 in the EU, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK).
7.2. Mind Echo cooperates with authorities within its legal obligations in emergency situations.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1. Mind Echo is not responsible for the content of communications between users.
8.2. Users are solely responsible for all content they share through chat.
8.3. Mind Echo does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of matches.
8.4. Mind Echo cannot be held liable for any damages arising from user interactions.
9. CHANGES
These community guidelines may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the application.
